Finding Peace

I love those moments when everything goes still and you can just sit alone with yourself and spend time inside your head or in my case plan out some more work. Ama. is growing a little more every day and it steals so much of my focus that I have to force myself to be still. How do you cope with the busy of every day life and what do you do to find peace?
